The TRICORE fitness centre is open Monday to Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is exclusively accessible to tenants and their employees.

To complete your registration, we will need a copy of your driver's license or passport, as well as your banking card. Please send the documents to our office.

* Membership is concluded for an indefinite period.
For cancelation a 14-day notice period at the end of each quarter is required.

With the TRICORE loyalty card, you can park for free for the first four hours. For each additional hour, a parking fee of 1.20 € (maximum 24.00 € per day) is charged. The fee is charged per hour or part thereof.

For the TRICORE loyalty card, a one-time fee of 8 € is to be paid.

Important: The TRICORE loyalty card is not to be transferred by power of attorney. In case of lending or misuse, it can be confiscated! We reserve the right to block the TRICORE loyalty card.
